Υπάρχουν πολλοί άνθρωποι που έχουν "ανεπτυγμένες" ικανότητες λεγόμενες αστρικές ικανότητες οι ψυχικές δυνάμεις.(συνήθως από γεννησιμιού τους.)
Πολλές από αυτές τις ψυχικές δυνάμεις τις έχουν μελετήσει και περιγράψει άρχους Ρίσσις δασκάλους(αρχαίοι δάσκαλοι χιλιάδες χρόνια πριν).
Μια από αυτές τις δυνάμεις λέγεται Βάσιτβαμ(στα ΣανσκριτικάΤα Σανσκριτικά είναι η αρχαιότερη γλώσσα που μιλήθηκε από την αρχαία φυλή).(στη γλώσσα μας "επιβολή").
Με αυτή την ικανότητα - δύναμη μπορεί κάποιος να επιβάλει την θέληση του σε πλάσματα και στην φύση.
